The 25FR is a high efficiency, (84dB 1watt / 1 meter) 2.5-inch full range speaker with extremely linear frequency response characteristics and high power handling capability while generating low harmonic distortion artifacts. The 35FR uses a lightweight exponential paper pulp pressed cone assembly along with a NBR single roll geometry surround. The combination provides remarkable strength, high efficiency and sustained output under extreme conditions. Strong neodymium based magnetic circuit generates very high and wide Bl in very small form factor.
Cone design
The 25FR cone and dust cap are made using an advanced REDCATT pulp, developed specifically for this application. All “soft” parts are bonded together using state of the art UV based high temperature adhesives. The speaker cone is also treated to withstand harsh environments and high humidity. Metal parts in the speaker assembly are coated for extreme weatherization protection.
